These groups are for our senior citizens. Helps with stress, depression anxiety and immunity. it is also a great physical exercise and stimulates the mind. An enjoyable and uplifting experience.
Recovery Rhythms
These groups are to help people with substance abuse and emotional trauma. Recovery circles help in finding your true self, access to a higher power, alleviate isolation, get connected with others, achieve a different outlook on life.
The Lunchbox Drum
For people who work in high level stress positions, sales, administrative workers, etc. Alleviates stress, helps with communication, team building, improves productivity by creating a positive work environment.
Circle of Youth
Bringing Our children together.
Gives kids self confidence, helps concentration and focus, creative communication and listening skills. When kids are involved in creative activities they learn how to see life from a different perspective giving them options. Helping them to achieve their goals.
